How about linoleum?

Linoleum floor care is not a science. For perfect cleanliness, you often only need what you normally have at home. But definitely do not forget about its regular maintenance, because linoleum is no longer a cheap thing.

The first step in classic cleaning care for linoleum floors is similar to other floor coverings. First of all, the floor needs to be sufficiently vacuumed or swept, so that the floor is not scratched or damaged by various coarse dirt.

For normal cleaning, warm water is sufficient, mixed with, for example, available laundry soap. But you can also add ordinary fabric softener. Then wipe the floor with the resulting solution as you are used to. No special actions are needed.

However, if some stronger stains have settled on the floor covering, it is necessary to proceed to another form of washing or maintenance. For smudges from furniture, for example, a classic eraser is suitable. Commonly available lemon juice can then put an end to rust, which you can normally pour on the affected area and wipe it off after a while. Table salt with a few drops of vinegar will help with the effects of the pen.

However, there are resources that should not be used on lino. These are mainly gasoline, kerosene, various bleaches or solvents. These preparations could even very high-quality floor linoleum cleaning in the household even irreparably damage, which would be a great pity.
