Cleaning wooden stairs

Wooden stairs are a nice interior element of every home. Their popularity in the case of new buildings has increased relatively in recent years, but on the other hand, they also require proper care. In this article, we will look at how to actually care for such wooden stairs and what not to forget in their case.

A staircase is an indispensable part of maisonette apartments or multi-storey family houses. That is, such types of real estate, with which a relatively large bag has been torn open in the case of the Czech Republic in recent years. However, many households are troubled by their maintenance and do not know how to do it.

Use a dry or damp cloth on lacquered wooden stairs and you can also vacuum it with a clear conscience. But keep in mind that such a rag must not be too wet, otherwise there is a risk of damage to them.

But forget liquid sand, acids or other caustic cleaning agents. If the varnished wooden stairs are more dirty, try to bet on spring products or natural soaps that will be sufficiently diluted with water. They can also be useful for others household cleaning.

However, some households in the Czech Republic also have oiled and waxed surfaces. Their advantage is that they are anti-static, which in practice means that they tend to repel dirt or dust. Even with this type of staircase, however, a dry or damp cloth is sufficient for normal daily maintenance. But you have to wipe off the excess water as soon as possible, otherwise unpleasant problems may arise.
