How to microwave?

In recent years, microwave ovens have also become an indispensable part of Czech households. They can be used for heating, cooking or even baking. From time to time, even microwave ovens need thorough cleaning care. A few eco-friendly tricks to avoid chemical degreasers are worth trying.

Here at EkoBIT, we rely on several basic options to clean the microwave oven quickly and at the same time carefully. For example, using a special vinegar solution has worked for us. Just mix 150 ml of vinegar with an equal part of water. You then put the mixture in the oven and cook it for a few minutes at maximum power. Then remove the mug and, thanks to the effects of the vinegar steam, simply wipe the oven comfortably with a cloth.

Even in the case of microwave devices, lemon has tremendous power. Just put a few slices of it in a bowl, which you then put in the oven for about five minutes. Once again, a unique steam will be created, which will evaporate all impurities. A damp cloth will then easily remove them from the microwave oven.

The lemon procedure is also suitable because it eliminates any unpleasant odors that may be associated with the microwave oven. At the same time, it is possible to increase the effect of the entire process by adding orange juice.

Salt also has its function in the case of a microwave oven. Just put it in the microwave and let it brown with the heat. Thanks to this, the grease will be removed, which can then be simply vacuumed and then wiped with a clean, damp cloth.

You can certainly also use special products that are commonly used to wash microwave devices, in the form of a spray, solution or even cleaning wipes. However, avoid sand or other abrasive products that could be very dangerous for your kitchen pet.
