How about burns?

Burnt pot. An accident that has happened to almost everyone in the kitchen at some point. But it doesn't have to be such a disaster as it might seem at first glance. There are several tricks to easily return a burnt pot, pan or kitchen trays back to serviceable condition, and we at EkoBIT usually rely on them during regular cleanings throughout the Czech Republic.

The first option is associated with an ordinary sugar cube. Leave the pot or tray to soak for a while and then try to wipe the burnt areas with the aforementioned sugar cube. Then just rinse such a surface and wash it with regular dish soap.

Salt, for example, has a similar effect to the aforementioned sugar cubes. It is enough to pour a few spoons of salt on the burnt surface of the pot or plate and scrub it all thoroughly. Afterwards, you just clean it in the classic way and you will see for yourself how easily the burn or even the grease will go down.

At EkoBIT, for example, black tea has also proven itself. We regularly use classic and at the same time affordable tea bags for such needs, which are really perfect for degreasing the kitchen pan. All you have to do is rub the greasy surface with them and the grease will then easily soak into the bag during this process.

We must not forget the mixture of lemon and water. Just dip a dish sponge in it and then apply it to the dirty surface of the pot.

But you can also try a mixture of vinegar and water, which is perfect even for limescale. Allow the mixture to come to a boil in the pot, the burned-on residues will then slowly separate, and then just rinse the pot in the classic way with regular soap. Moments later, the pot will be as good as new and you can start cooking again.
